Marine horizontal centrifugal pump

TMC series Marine horizontal centrifugal pump is used chiefly for cooling fresh water ,cooling sea water ,sea water service ,bilge & ballast ,ballast service . 1. A little of maintenance costs . 2. The shaft power curve have a highest point, so it is not to overload the motor power in any conditions . 3. The impeller is of single suction and in order to improve suction performance Francis vanes are adopted . TMC type single stage & single suction pump is permitted overhauling without removing the suction and discharge piping . It is so designed that axial thrust force becomes almost zero at the normal condition . The pump rotating element is rigidly connected to the motor shaft through closed coupling and supported by the ball bearing of the motor. The shaft sealing is mechanical or gland-packing.
